We were absolutely delighted to have The Rox play our wedding reception. They absolutely smashed it, and we couldn't have been happier. We had a call with John in the lead up to the wedding and he was great to chat to and we knew we could just leave them to get on with it, putting our mind at ease and taking out away any music stress we might have had. They put in a great shift playing from 5.30pm to 12am (..we added the duo set from 5.30pm to 7.30pm). A great mix of songs to get people on the dancefloor. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND

Just wanted to email to let yous know how much we enjoyed The Rox who played at our wedding. The band were very professional in getting everything set up and were delighted that they learned our first dance for us. They played a brilliant version of Baby I’m yours and from the first dance on everyone was filling up the dancefloor. The band got a good feel for the vibe of the crowd and everyone was really enjoying the tunes. We were delighted to have The Rox join us on our special day. Everyone was so complimentary of them and we would highly recommend them as anyones wedding band.

Excellent band , our guests danced the night away to their music which was varied and excellently performed . At one point we had every guest and ourselves on the dance floor . No bums on seats ! Very accomplished vocals and musicians would highly recommend . Outstanding !

You'll struggle to find a more fun band than the Rox. My wife and I prefer house music over other genres, so we booked them primarily for the Ibiza Sax set they offer. John's voice was also a big selling point as we wanted an acoustic performance during the drinks reception. They delivered on all fronts and had us up on the dancefloor all night. They kept the main set very upbeat with favourites like Mr Brightside, Don't Look Back in Anger and Chelsea Dagger and my highlight was Allan doing Eric Prydz Opus on the sax. Such a euphoric tune near the end of the night. They were also very accommodating of some last minute requests and are such lovely guys. Highly recommend!

A massive thank you to The Rox for playing our wedding 29/04/23.Johns pre/post ceremony acoustic set was exactly what we were looking for to help settle our guests in and to play the bride down the aisle. The band at night were exceptional and played a brilliant variety of songs, older and newer. They got everybody up dancing the whole night and kept up the energy throughout their playing, even taking some off the cuff requests! 
They were available through email at any time to help make our day less stressful, even answering the daftest of questions multiple times. The boys in the band were incredibly friendly and patient with us throughout the day. If you are in any doubt of who to play your wedding, look no further than The Rox! Thanks so much again guys! 11/10.

My husband and I are so pleased we chose The Rox to play at our wedding, we would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are incredible musicians and played a great variety of different genres (even some hiphop, and Vengaboys!). They kept our guests entertained all evening and the dance floor was never empty. The band performed our first dance song beautifully, and added some ceilidh dances into their set which our guests loved! It was a fantastic night and everyone had such a fun time thanks to these guys!

You guys were absolutely amazing at our wedding a few weeks ago, what a party!!! Everyone couldn’t stop going on about how brilliant you were, dance floor was full all night! We wouldn’t leave the dance floor to get a drink because every song that you played was an absolute banger. Also the ceilidh was fantastic, you guys really got everyone proper up for it! The acoustic set by John during our drinks reception and the ceilidh set were a massive hit, over and above your first class performance as a band throughout the night! A personal highlight for me was John singing our first dance (James Arthur - Say You Won’t Let Go) and my dance with my dad (Barry White - Just The Way You Are)... a band that can play and sing Barry White... wow!! The ROX played at our wedding reception on 3rd November 2017 and they were honestly absolutely incredible!!! They had our guests (and myself and husband!) up on the dancefloor from the second they started playing until the very end! We had so many guests coming up to us all evening (and still today!) saying they are the best band they have heard playing at a wedding! They are such lovely friendly guys and nothing was too much for them - even when I asked for a difficult first dance - they done it so perfect and many of our guests commented on that too! This is the band you need for your wedding if you love a bit of rock and roll! The guys were absolutely fantastic, they played Troon Concert Hall on 18/11/17 for our wedding, no lie in every single guest commenting on how good the band where and how much it made the evening reception. Choice of tunes were superb and the dance floor was not empty at any stage. The guys took requests and played a blinder, incredibly down to earth and sound as a pound. Stop looking at other bands. There are no other bands. This is the band you want for your event (not just some of the best music I have ever heard). Not just the fact that their set list was just tune after tune after tune that catered to all ages, but these 3 guys are just the nicest people you will ever meet. They arrange our first dance for us in away that suited my wife and I down to a tee and even shorten down the song so we weren’t up ourselves for too long. Can’t say enough good thing about these lads and this was just after 1 night of meeting them. Thanks for everything!

Our wedding day was amazing and we heard many friends say "a band can make our break your night" The ROX made our night it was amazing the selection of songs had all our guests on the floor all evening it was such a good atmosphere. At one point we saw all our guests standing facing our band like a concert it was brilliant. John, Steven and Neil were fantastic on the night and realy made our wedding. Our friends and family all commented on our band and were realy taken by the set up of the The Kicks who are not your average wedding band.
We will not hesitate to recommend The ROX in the future and I am sure we will be along to hear them at the venues they play.
